Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
However, in order to exercise your right of return, you must have only worn the goods to try them on, as in a shop, and you must return the goods complete and undamaged. Once this period has expired, it is no longer possible to return the goods. The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.

Important:
Returns must be reported electronically in the online shop under your order. "Return Item(s)"
After the electronic notification, you can send the return immediately.
We can only accept returns with the electronic notification in the online shop.

The refund will be made via the original payment method.
The customer bears the shipping costs for the return. We cannot accept responsibility or refund these costs.

I LOVE TALL cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, so it is strongly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service.

Returns from outside the European Union (EU)
When returning products from outside the EU, it is important that the following information is included on the shipping label:

Important: Please always state the VAT ID: DE279597530, as this is required for import customs clearance of the return shipment. Without the VAT ID, additional import duty costs may be incurred.

Any customs charges incurred are not the responsibility of I LOVE TALL and will be deducted from your refund.
